We employ over 600 surveyors nationwide and complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds. We are part of the network that includes household names and mortgage connections. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

We are seeking additional Zero Hours and Consultant Residential Surveyors in St Albans and Stevenage to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work that the UK’s leading lenders rely on to complete.

Because of our size and the large network of lenders we service, we offer concise postcode coverage with less travel time between surveys and more time to complete the day job. We welcome applications from surveyors interested in Consultancy or Flexible Hours arrangements and can offer an excellent fee split for those working on a Zero Hours or Consultancy basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for lenders.
• Provide residential surveying services under Zero Hours or Consultancy arrangements.
• Contribute to efficient survey delivery with preferred postcode coverage.
