Consulting Quality Assurance Manager - 12 Months Maternity Cover

RSM UK Manchester, England, United Kingdom

Overview

As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions – we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) is an independent department responsible for performing an annual programme of testing to provide assurance that key controls are designed and operating effectively, ensuring compliance with external regulations and standards, and internal procedures.

The successful candidate will work with the Quality Assurance Associate Director and other managers in the team to deliver a programme of assurance activities to support the Consulting business and the wider firm. The role will require you to communicate with a wide range of individuals within QAD, the business, and other support departments.

We operate a flexible hybrid-working model in the team, focusing on being where we can most effectively provide support to the service lines, which can occasionally involve travel to other UK-based offices.
