Responsibilities

Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early career and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person. Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy and compliance with current standards. Convert business needs into practical learning experiences. Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth. Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand professional networks.

Qualifications

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content. Experience managing projects to ensure delivery of work within agreed timeframes. Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative. Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools. CIA or ACA/CA qualification with good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
