Consulting Technical Trainer – RSM UK

This role focuses on the development and delivery of training across our Risk and Governance solution. You’ll design blended learning programmes, review and refresh existing content, convert business needs into learning experiences, identify skills gaps, and collaborate with technical experts to co‑create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
  • Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
  • Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
  • Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
  • Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
  • CIA or ACA / CA qualified with good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
