About the role

RSM UK’s consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance. The Consulting Technical Team provides outstanding technical support to all client‑facing teams across these solutions, ensuring our people are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to deliver premium services.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the development and delivery of training that equips our people with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Consulting six solutions to design and deliver courses that are clear, engaging, and relevant.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
• Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
• Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
• Experience managing projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
• Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes (or equivalent).
