Job Description: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content & Digital Specialist to support the execution of on-site content strategy and digital trading across our UK and Ireland markets. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of content, creative, and e-commerce. Reporting to the Digital Trade Manager, you\'ll be responsible for coordinating homepage updates, supporting CRM and paid social content, digital visual merchandising, and contributing to the smooth operation of site management and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role requiring an excellent eye for imagery and trends, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Role details: Site Content & Visual Merchandising, CRM & Paid Social Support, Trading & Campaign Execution, and Trend Forecasting & Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and coordinate homepage imagery, ensuring selection is on-brand, commercially relevant, and aligned with campaign and trading priorities.
  • Support homepage builds and testing in collaboration with the content team.
  • Work with the UK geo and trade teams to identify content priorities and curate Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for elevated look and feel.
  • Assist with the rollout of new site features and digital products.
  • Manage and approve visual content for CRM and paid social, ensuring consistency with on-site messaging and campaign creative.
  • Liaise with performance and brand marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all digital channels.
  • Work with the Digital Trade Manager to support campaign execution across the UK region, ensuring deadlines are met and the user journey is seamless.
  • Assist in the implementation of selling strategies across key retail moments, such as seasonal sales, product drops, or cultural campaigns.
  • Monitor fashion trends and regional preferences to support future planning and trading calendars.
  • Support regular reporting and performance tracking across campaigns and content placements.

Qualifications / About You

  • A strong aesthetic eye and passion for fashion, with the ability to select high-impact imagery that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Experience in content, digital trading, or ecommerce—preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Highly organized with excellent coordination skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working with CMS, digital content tools, and spreadsheets (experience with tools like Sitecore, Algolia & Monday.com).
  • Comfortable using merchandising tools (such as Fredhopper).
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights.
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
