Content & CRM Lead – Wellness Tech – Up to £55,000 + Bonus – Hybrid (London)

Our client, a fast-growing wellness tech company, develops world class health apps and is looking for a Content & CRM Lead to take full ownership of their CRM and content strategy and delivery. This hybrid role, based in Shoreditch (3 days on site), is ideal for someone who wants to build and run high impact CRM campaigns with engaging content that drive user engagement, retention and growth.

As Content and CRM Lead, you’ll manage the end to end process for all CRM activity from planning and building campaigns to testing, performance tracking and ongoing optimisation. You'll focus on email, push notifications and in-app messaging, ensuring every touchpoint supports the user journey and lifecycle goals. Creative writing ability is a must as you will be managing the content calendar, segmenting audiences, setting up A/B tests and working with data to refine campaigns. You’ll also lead on platform setup and improvements, helping shape how CRM is used across the business. You’ll have space to bring your own ideas and play a key role in shaping how the company communicates with users at every stage of their journey.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years’ experience working in CRM or lifecycle marketing within app platforms with strong content writing abilty. You’ll need hands on experience using CRM and email platforms, a solid understanding of audience segmentation and a confident approach to A/B testing and performance analysis. An interest in wellness and health are also important.
