A new opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Contentious Probate team. This role will provide the chance to develop specialist expertise within a growing area of law, working closely with senior colleagues on high-quality matters.
The role will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload of contentious probate matters.
- Advising clients on inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, and estate administration issues.
- Managing client relationships in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Supporting business development initiatives within the department.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a recently qualified solicitor with an interest in contentious probate work.
- Have completed a seat in either litigation or private client during training.
- Demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills.
- Possess excellent communication and client care abilities.
- Show initiative and a proactive approach to building your expertise.
