The Role

You will work as part of a well established contentious private client team handling a varied mix of sensitive and high stakes disputes. The work will include:

• Will validity challenges
• Claims involving executors and trustees
• Inheritance Act claims
• Professional negligence matters linked to will drafting
• Optional exposure to contentious Court of Protection issues

You will receive close supervision where needed while also taking ownership of your own files. This is an ideal position for someone who wants early responsibility, exposure to sophisticated matters and a clear path for long term progression.
