Role Overview Focus on providing one-to-one support to the Education Lawyer in respect of Special Educational Needs Tribunals. The successful candidate will also support other lawyers within the team as required. Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support to the Education Lawyer in Special Educational Needs Tribunals. Maintain legal files to a high standard and obtain documents relevant for appeals. Prepare bundles for final hearings and deal with members of the public / legal professionals. Perform administrative tasks for other Lawyers in the team. Assist with office attendance and training requirements.
Qualifications
Good level of skill and expertise from within an office environment. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Confidence in using various computer applications. Interest in the legal sector, particularly the law of education. Highly organised, flexible, focused and a strong team player with innovative proactive approach.

Remote Working Smarter working policy providing flexibility between home and office.
