Overview

The role sits within the Philips Performance Media team and involves working closely with our 13 markets across the region to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will work with and report into the Performance Director and collaborate with the wider performance team to ensure client business objectives are met. You will be responsible for the execution of our Affiliates programme across the regions for Personal Health for Philips. You will support the development of a best-in-class Affiliates strategy supporting planning and delivering strategies across branding performance media and ecommerce and delivering on Philips business priorities and testing strategy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem-solver with a hands-on background in affiliate marketing to deliver best service for Philips. Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with affiliates, clients and networks through delivery of high-standard reports and communication
  • Proactively identify opportunities and generate ideas for your clients to help deliver against their objectives and goals
  • Executing the test & learn annual plan for Philips and support in identifying testing opportunities
  • High quality robust and actionable data and performance analysis & reporting
  • Part of the OMD EMEA Performance Community, sharing expertise and knowledge

Qualifications

  • Some experience managing affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiar with Partnerize or another affiliate marketing platform
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Comfortable managing relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Good understanding of KPI selection within affiliate marketing
  • Experience activating affiliate marketing and understanding best practice across programme setup, QA, reporting, insight generation and billing
  • Experience running campaigns within the Affiliate channel to deliver performance against core KPIs
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to solve business challenges

Working pattern & Benefits

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Flexible Working: hybrid model (three days in the office, two remote). Standard working hours are 9:30–17:30 with core hours 10:30–16:30; adjustments can be made to start earlier or finish later.
