Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will help us hire the talent that will deliver our ambitious growth goals, strengthen our member experience, and keep our culture thriving. Fully remote work. Base pay range and additional details are provided by TrustedHousesitters through the recruitment process.

  • Partnering with our Talent team to run smooth, efficient, and scalable hiring processes
  • Sourcing and screening candidates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and Data roles
  • Keeping our hiring engine moving by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing complex diaries for senior stakeholders
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process, ensuring we are known as a place people want to work
  • Managing our ATS (Lever) and keeping recruitment data accurate, automated, and report-ready
  • Producing key hiring metrics for leadership so we can track our progress toward ambitious growth and member success goals
  • Help put together training material
  • Supporting onboarding to make sure every new hire feels welcome, equipped, and ready to contribute
  • Protecting process quality by ensuring legal compliance and handling confidential information with care

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or sourcing
  • Skilled at finding and engaging talent on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident managing diaries for senior stakeholders and liaising at all levels
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems (Lever and Zelt experience a plus)
  • Data-savvy able to pull, interpret, and present recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural team player who thrives in a high-growth, purpose-led business
