New Today

We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team. The role involves delivering, maintaining, and improving world-leading sustainable WordPress websites for mission-aligned organisations.

Day to Day and Skills

The majority of the time you'll be working to deliver, maintain, and improve world-leading sustainable WordPress websites for the mission-aligned organisations we work with. You should be comfortable with version control and build tools, and have some experience managing sites via hosting platforms. Some experience working with REST APIs and / or integrating with third-party platforms using PHP would be ideal.

Requirements

  • A positive perfectionist mindset: you want sites to be great in all aspects, whether that's performance, accessibility, sustainability, or IA, UX, and design, and you're able to balance this with completing tasks within the estimated time.
  • Empathetic working approach: you can balance your technical expertise with an appreciation for the challenges and differing technical experience of people around you, whether that's within the team or with people within the organisations we work with.

Our Culture

Our team is encouraged to bring their complete selves to work and this means being part of a culture of acceptance. You'll be working closely with the technical leads, senior developers, and account/project managers to deliver your work.

Who You Will Work With

You'll be working with organisations that sit firmly within the purpose-driven space, and we have a robust ethical screening process to ensure this remains in place.

  • A 5-day shut down period over the end of the year
