You’re a Continuous Improvement professional who wants to step into a role where you can actually make a difference. This 12-month maternity cover gives you the platform to shape the CI programme, influence senior stakeholders, and create lasting change across the business.

Working within the Business Transformation team, you’ll pull together the CI pipeline across Legal and central functions, refine frameworks, and establish a central process hub. From document automation to proforma editing tools, ISO initiatives, and small-scale CI projects, you’ll take ownership of delivery and provide strategic guidance to the business. You’ll collaborate with senior partners, Legal Ops, and other central functions to embed continuous improvement as a way of working.

Your day‑to‑day will combine strategic planning, hands‑on process analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring improvements are sustainable and measurable. Lean Six Sigma experience is key, alongside strong process reengineering or senior BA expertise.
