Main Responsibilities

• Utilize Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and implement improvement plans.
• Apply SMED methodology to reduce changeover times.
• Support 5S activities and lead Kaizen events.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through employee Kaizen systems.
• Implement Root Cause Analysis to enhance customer quality.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to improve delivery metrics.
• Conduct process time studies to support line balancing and Takt Time achievement.
• Analyze and improve company processes and procedures.
• Support shop floor data collection and process maintenance.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops for business improvements.

Qualifications

• Level 4 or higher in Business Improvement and Leadership frameworks.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in change management within manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping and SMED.
• Minimum 5 years in a Continuous Improvement role.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• Creative, flexible, and methodical approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel.
