Role OverviewWe are looking for a Solicitor/FCILEx or equivalent to work within the Contract Resolution Group, which forms part of our Civil Litigation Division. You will run a caseload of a wide variety of Civil Litigation cases (no personal injury) mainly but not exclusively arising from contractual disputes. Your caseload will include Claimant and Defendant claims across Commercial Contracts, Consumer Contracts, Misrepresentation, Professional Negligence, and Construction. The work is sourced from LEI and private instruction, largely acting for Claimants referred by Legal Expense Insurers, but also includes significant commercial and private instructions involving complex, high‑value work.
