We are looking for a new Contract Management & Delivery Lead. If you are a dynamic problem solver and a motivated self-starter with experience in contract management, compliance, data analysis, category management, supply chain management, or procurement, we would really like to hear from you.

Job Role and Responsibilities
- As the Delivery Lead for contracts within the Communities and Resources Directorates, you will lead a team of contract and quality professionals, supporting contract management and procurement across both Directorates.
- You will provide contract-related support to services across the wider Council and collaborate closely with colleagues in the broader Commercial & Contracts team to ensure the effective delivery of contract management.
- Lead and develop the contract management function to drive value for money for Warwickshire and its communities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Substantial experience (2–5 years) working within public sector organisations.
- Strong leadership capabilities; experience managing teams is important.
- Technical expertise in contract management is advantageous but can be developed as needed.
