ShortList Recruitment are working with an award-winning travel company who are looking to hire a Contract Test Engineer on an initial 3-month outside IR35 contract.

Our client is implementing a brand-new CRM platform and they’re looking for someone to own the entire testing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Contract Test Engineer with experience in CRM migrations and data validation. They will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and system stability during this critical phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and owning the test strategy for a new CRM platform
• Planning and executing functional, user and system testing
• Validating migrated customer data for completeness and accuracy
• Comparing large datasets and spotting inconsistencies or errors
• Working alongside a technology partner to deliver high-quality results

Skills:

• Proven experience in CRM migration projects, especially in data validation
• Hands-on experience planning and delivering end-to-end testing
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, test plans and test scripts
• Confidence in comparing and analysing large data sets
• Background in the travel industry is highly desirable

The Contract Test Engineer will receive a daily rate of up to £300 and there is an immediate start available.

This is a fully remote contract however candidates based in the Northwest are preferred.
