Operating across residential groundworks, commercial, and general construction, the business delivers projects for both developers and private clients throughout the area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Contracts Manager or an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a senior role. You will oversee multiple sites, manage site teams, ensure client satisfaction, and support the continued growth of a well-respected family-run company.

Contracts Manager Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 60,000 - 90,000 DOE

• Strong background in groundworks (essential)

• Full UK driving licence
• Based within commutable distance of Grantham
