As a Testing Consultant in the CCO Controls Testing team you will be part of a team of skilled control testers, assessing the design and operational effectiveness of controls across the Society to ensure they mitigate the risks that the Society faces to a defined risk appetite.

You will be responsible for testing controls to the highest standards and in accordance with our defined methodology, as well as working with the business to ensure control framework uplifts and enhancements deliver sustainable and proportionate risk mitigation.

To support this, our Control Testing team is expanding and looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced controls tester with a background in testing controls in large organisations, ideally in the Financial Services sector, but not a necessity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London, Northampton, Bournemouth, or Masterton Park office.
