The residential conveyancing department is accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), reflecting its commitment to high standards and clear, practical advice. Handle a varied caseload of residential matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Manage files from initial instruction through to completion while keeping clients updated. Draft and review documents, order searches, investigate titles and progress matters through to exchange and completion. Provide clear, practical and tailored advice. Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices to maintain excellent service standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential conveyancing, covering both freehold and leasehold matters. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate legal issues clearly. Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a strong commitment to client care. Ability to manage your caseload independently while being an effective team member. A proactive, professional and positive approach.
