Conveyancing: Consultant Solicitor & Lawyer Opportunities

We are seeking legal professionals to join as consultants on a fee-sharing basis. Work from home, at one of our offices, or both, with control over clients, fees, hours and volume of work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide conveyancing services (residential or commercial) in private and/or public sectors
  • Operate on a consultancy basis, earning a share of billed fees (up to 75%; splits not dropping below 70%)
  • Manage your own client base and workload in coordination with the firm’s process and systems
  • Utilize the firm’s accreditations, lender panels, CMS and electronic systems to deliver service
  • Collaborate with the dedicated liaison team and access to training, support and business development resources

Qualifications

  • Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE (residential or commercial property) in private and/or public sector work
  • Ability to operate as a fee-earning consultant; individuals with <4 years experience may join as a fee earning consultant on a case-by-case basis
