Overview

A new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well-established, full-service law firm. Due to a conveyancer retiring, the firm is looking for someone with around 3 years PQE or equivalent to join a friendly 6-person team. You will work on all aspects of general residential conveyancing. Any conveyancing background could suit this opportunity, whether you're from a high-street firm or a large Legal 500 firm.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in all aspects of general residential conveyancing.

Candidate Criteria

• Qualification is not a strict requirement, but a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX qualification would be a benefit.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Unregistered property, New Builds, Shared Ownership matters, Auction Property, Remortgages and transfers.
