The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Deliver excellent client care through clear and proactive communication.
• Supervise and mentor support staff where appropriate.
• Contribute to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management procedures.
• Support colleagues across the team when required.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer (unqualified considered).
• Confident in managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Proficient with case management systems and comfortable with digital workflows.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Driven, ambitious, and keen to develop your career further.
