We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to lead one of our talented teams from our state-of-the-art office in Stockport.
You’ll bring conveyancing expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for developing others, and we’ll give you the platform to make a real impact.
The Role
As Conveyancing Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of Property Lawyers, supporting their development, performance, and success every step of the way. You’ll provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to help your team perform at their best.
Following a short onboarding period, hybrid working is available, with the option to work from home 1–2 days per week, depending on business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Supporting colleagues through regular 1:1s, feedback and clear development plans
- Using your conveyancing knowledge to coach and upskill others
- Ensuring quality, performance, and service levels are consistently met
- Working closely with senior leaders to embed change, drive improvement and deliver results
- Managing team resourcing, performance conversations and service escalations
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Collaborating across the business to ensure the best experience for clients and partners
What you’ll need
- Extensive Conveyancing experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- A passion for training, coaching and mentoring
- The drive and energy to develop and motivate a high-performing team
