Job Title: Conveyancing Team Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office)

Non Fee Earning - No Caseload

Role Summary:

This is a full-time leadership role overseeing a team of Property Lawyers from the firm’s central London office. You’ll coach, support, and drive team performance while championing positive change, legal excellence, and a collaborative culture. It’s an ideal role for a proven team leader in residential conveyancing who’s passionate about developing people and leading with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire your team: Coach and develop Property Lawyers to deliver high standards and client satisfaction

Shape legal delivery: Apply your conveyancing expertise to improve workflows and knowledge sharing

Drive change: Embed new systems and initiatives across the team and wider department

Ensure operational excellence: Monitor quality, capacity, compliance, and team resourcing

Champion culture and performance: Conduct 1:1s, maintain PDPs, support recruitment and staff development

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing

• Demonstrable team leadership and management experience

• Passion for mentoring and developing legal professionals

• Strong communication and people management skills

• Energy and drive to build a high-performing, values-led team
