We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese speaking Core Account Executive with fantastic relationship-building skills to join our team in London.The successful individual is expected to continue to drive and forge relationships with existing clients, renewing and upselling.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Account management - managing the growth and retention of your client base.
- Consultative approach, understanding the client’s needs and offering solutions from our portfolio.
- Work autonomously with your book of clients, upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Calling clients, pitching, presenting solutions and developing relationships with existing decision makers.
As a Core Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts across Brazil - strengthening existing relationships, retaining current spend, and generating new revenue by upselling multiple Chambers products. The position will contribute effectively within a high-performing team environment whilst holding a full quota for your book of business. It requires working across multiple stakeholders, dealing with frequent deadlines, and requires excellent organisational and time-management skills are a must.You will work flexibly in our Fleet Street office together with the rest of the Sales team on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and remotely for the rest of the week.Additional responsibilities:
- Review and translate marketing material
- Assisting Customer Success team where necessary
- Building internal relationships with Marketing, Events, Product and Research teams
- Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Enjoyment of relationship building and account management.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience - closing is required
- Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Legal markets is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic, active listener with the ability to forge meaningful relationships.
- Ability and desire to succeed.
- Effective communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
