About The Role

Support NWG’s regulatory, governance and sustainability goals through effective communication. Deliver clear and impactful messages, guide complex regulatory reports from concept to publication, and manage ESG communications strategy. Provide copy editing and proofreading to meet branding, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Organise events, support corporate stakeholder activities, and act as a collaborative team player, deputising for senior colleagues when required.

About You

• Innovative communications professional with a strategic mindset.

• Experience managing projects and building strong relationships at all levels.

• Excellent attention to detail for report writing and editing.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and juggle multiple priorities.

• Resilience and capacity to provide leadership support when needed.

• Skilled in adapting communication style for different formats and audiences.

• Experience in ESG or sustainability communications.

• Full UK driving licence.

• DBS check required before employment.
