We’re looking for a Corporate and M&A Associate Partner to join growing national tax practice. You’ll step into a key leadership role — shaping strategy, nurturing talent, and guiding clients through the most complex tax and transaction decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate reorganisations, shareholder exits, international structuring, and M&A transactions.
• Balance client advisory, internal leadership, and mentoring — with space to shape how the team grows and operates.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in corporate tax and significant exposure to deal-led work.
• Technically strong, commercially switched-on, and ready to take on a visible, influential role.
• CTA or ACA qualification preferred.
