Overview
Corporate Client Executive role at Marsh. This position can be based out of our Birmingham or Nottingham offices. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least one or two days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
- Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
What you need to have
- A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of business.
- Cross class knowledge ideally including Construction, Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
- A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
