Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid | Tamworth

Salary: £52,000–£54,000 DOE + Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our friendly, well-established, family‑run firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

You’ll deliver high-quality, timely legal services to a varied client base, managing your own caseload while working closely with the Head of Department. The role offers hybrid working, with both full-time and part-time options available to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Maintain strong client relationships and help develop new business opportunities
• Manage an agreed caseload efficiently, using the firm’s systems and procedures
• Meet annual fee‑earning targets and maintain excellent billing practices
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest professional standards

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE is essential
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
• Robust corporate and commercial experience (2+ years)
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand clients’ business needs
• Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise effectively and handle competing deadlines
• Confident in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
