This diverse and engaging role offers exposure to corporate transactions, commercial contract drafting, and a wide range of business‑focused legal work. The role is based in Derbyshire, with a hybrid working policy requiring 3 days per week in the office. Ideal Candidate Be a UK‑qualified solicitor with:

Strong academic background and training from a reputable law firm Experience advising on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations A solid grounding in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements

Key Capabilities
