CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 3+ YEARS PQE, YORK, TO £60,000

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of matters, from succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
• Run your own caseload with autonomy, while also supporting senior colleagues on complex deals.
• Get involved in client development and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Collaborate in a friendly, team-focused environment.

About you

• 3+ years PQE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Confident communicator with strong technical skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to develop professionally.
• Enjoys working as part of a team while building client relationships.
