psd group are working with a PE Backed rapidly expanding organisation with a diverse portfolio spanning development, investment, and asset management.

With growth plans across the UK, Europe and beyond, they are looking for a Corporate Development specialist to help shape the financial and strategic direction of our business at an exciting stage in our journey.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of financial planning including due diligence and financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across their acquisitions and portfolio.

This will be an impactful role where you’ll play a central role in evaluating property investments, supporting capital deployment, and providing insightful analysis to drive performance and value creation.

From investment appraisals and development feasibility to M&A activity and portfolio optimisation, this role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and a passion for property.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build detailed financial models to assess real estate investments, developments, and asset acquisitions.
  • Lead monthly reporting, providing revenue, cash flow, and asset performance analysis to senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver board-level presentations and actionable insights to support strategic growth.
  • Partner with project and investment teams to evaluate new opportunities, challenge assumptions, and optimise returns.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across the property portfolio.
  • Contribute to corporate finance initiatives including M&A transactions, refinancing, and capital allocation.

Your Key Skills Will Include:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in financial modelling, ideally with exposure to property/asset-backed investments.
  • Experience in corporate finance, M&A or real estate transactions would be highly desirable.
  • Commercially minded, able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced changing environment with growth and change.
