Job Description:

The successful applicant will contact and visit corporate clients to promote and up-sell the company's services, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business relationships within a defined territory.
• Implement action plans to maximize market penetration and acquire new clients.
• Network within industry forums to expand sales opportunities.
• Create client-focused solutions based on analysis of selling situations.
• Build long-term relationships with target accounts using a consultative sales approach.
• Coordinate with other divisions to understand operational requirements.
• Manage sales processes for client acquisition and participate in marketing activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven success in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in corporate accommodation, global mobility, relocation, or household goods industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
