What you’ll be doing
- Advise on high-value public and private M&A, portfolio transfers, and equity capital markets transactions
- Lead technical input on regulatory structuring, due diligence, and corporate governance
- Collaborate across practices to deliver integrated solutions on multi-jurisdictional mandates
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to business development
What you’ll bring
- 3-7 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate or corporate insurance transactions
- Track record advising regulated clients, ideally within the insurance sector
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to deliver under pressure
