What you’ll be doing

• Advise on high-value public and private M&A, portfolio transfers, and equity capital markets transactions
• Lead technical input on regulatory structuring, due diligence, and corporate governance
• Collaborate across practices to deliver integrated solutions on multi-jurisdictional mandates
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to business development

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate or corporate insurance transactions
• Track record advising regulated clients, ideally within the insurance sector
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to deliver under pressure
