This corporate broker role focuses on bespoke, full-market broking across the regional and London markets, with day-to-day responsibilities including new business placement, guiding clients through renewals, and providing technical support to Directors. You will work with a varied client portfolio across sectors such as food & drink, manufacturing, tech, charities, and financial institutions. The technical team is central to the operation, and the role emphasizes a joined-up approach rather than siloed functions.

Responsibilities

• Place new business and manage the renewal process for clients.
• Provide technical support to Directors and the broader team.
• Work across a varied client portfolio, spanning food & drink, manufacturing, tech, charities, and financial institutions.
• Engage with new business, client management, and claims teams to ensure a cohesive service delivery.
• Operate in a traditional, exploratory broking environment with bespoke solutions for clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience as an insurance broker with the ability to operate in Glasgow on a hybrid basis.
• Strong technical broking skills and willingness to develop and be challenged daily.
• Background in broking and comfort working across the full regional and London markets.
