Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a mid-size top 100 City firm recruiting for an established Corporate Partner. The firm has a strong reputation within corporate and commercial mid-size clients and attracts a wide range of national and international clients. The industry sectors include fashion, sports, media, manufacturing and financial services. The workload includes working with start-ups through to multinationals, and there is an opportunity to create and develop new clients in all of these areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and develop more junior solicitors, with partner interaction.
• Develop and grow a portable client following that can move with you, and work to bring in new clients across the firm’s sectors.
• Collaborate with the Corporate team and allied commercial and private wealth teams to deliver client service and cross‑practice opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience at a City or West End firm.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a portable client following.
• Experience in managing a team and developing junior solicitors.
• Strong business development capabilities and a track record of client retention and growth.
