Corporate Partnerships Lead at St Mungo's. Location: Hybrid - Tower Hill, London and home working. Base pay range: £49,848 per annum. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. This post is a fixed term contract until 11 December 2026 (maternity cover), or secondment for internal applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate Partnerships account management team and develop a strategic approach to account management across the corporate partnerships function.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships and nurture relationships with companies across sectors to support St Mungo’s mission to end homelessness.
• Report to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive partnerships forward.
• Work on-site at least 2 days per week from the Central Office in Tower Hill for in-person collaboration, team building, and line management, with flexible/agile working for the remainder of the week.
• Drive growth in corporate partnerships through proactive account management, planning, and prioritisation of conflicting priorities.

About you

• Experience managing and developing a corporate partnerships account management team within a charity setting.
• Experience managing and developing a portfolio of strategic partnerships from a mix of B2B and B2C companies.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, planning, and organisational skills; ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
