Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target SME and mid-market level businesses and create profitable new business opportunities.
- Generate new corporate opportunities through cold outreach and secure upsells from existing client base.
- Balance and manage your pipeline between prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing opportunities.
- Deliver professional and targeted sales presentations to multiple decision makers.
- Follow sales strategy and plan as outlined by the leadership team.
- Meet expected KPIs for activity levels (e.g., calls, meetings, conversions).
- Accurately forecast and report revenue in a timely manner and provide updates to weekly sales forecasts, contribution margin, revenue and activity in Sugar CRM.
Your background
- Proven track record of sourcing new business.
- Determination to strive and exceed goals and targets.
- Ability to nurture and maintain senior-level relationships.
- Team player and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and in a team.
- Experience with cold new business acquisition.
- Consultative approach to selling with efficient communication skills.
- Goal-driven, enthusiastic and committed to self-improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
