Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target SME and mid-market level businesses and create profitable new business opportunities.
  • Generate new corporate opportunities through cold outreach and secure upsells from existing client base.
  • Balance and manage your pipeline between prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing opportunities.
  • Deliver professional and targeted sales presentations to multiple decision makers.
  • Follow sales strategy and plan as outlined by the leadership team.
  • Meet expected KPIs for activity levels (e.g., calls, meetings, conversions).
  • Accurately forecast and report revenue in a timely manner and provide updates to weekly sales forecasts, contribution margin, revenue and activity in Sugar CRM.

Your background

  • Proven track record of sourcing new business.
  • Determination to strive and exceed goals and targets.
  • Ability to nurture and maintain senior-level relationships.
  • Team player and self-motivated, comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Experience with cold new business acquisition.
  • Consultative approach to selling with efficient communication skills.
  • Goal-driven, enthusiastic and committed to self-improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
