Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor in Leeds to work on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, working closely with partners on high-value deals.

Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Advising on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions
• Working with partners on larger transactions
• Assisting in business development: preparing pitch materials and proposals
• Ensuring all work is delivered in line with quality, compliance, and billing standards

Profile

The Corporate Solicitor should be / have:

• A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in corporate law
• Experienced in M&A, private equity, or venture capital transactions
• Likely to already be working for a regional, national or international law firm
• Able to work collaboratively yet proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused with strong communication and organisational skills
• Ties to Leeds
