We provide tailored legal advice for individuals, families, and businesses in areas such as wills and wealth planning, corporate and commercial law. Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Corporate Solicitor, based in Stockport, responsible for providing legal support, advice, and representation on various corporate matters. Key tasks include handling mergers and acquisitions, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on corporate governance, and assisting with compliance issues. Qualifications
Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE. Experience and enjoyment of working with local business owner clients. Delivering the best outcome and best client experience is important. Enjoy working independently and as part of a small team.
