Corporate / Commercial Solicitor

Location :

Glasgow (hybrid working available)

Role Requirements :

• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisitions, sales, restructures and private equity deals
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts
• Provide guidance on IP, data protection, employee options and other specialist areas
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
• Work collaboratively across teams and offices

Experience :

• Scottish qualified solicitor, ideally with corporate or commercial experience 1-4 PQE
• Comfortable managing a varied workload
• Client-facing experience and the ability to build lasting relationships

• Clear communicator
• Collaborative approach, working across offices and teams
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle transactions efficiently and confidently
