Legal Recruitment Consultant at Interlink Talent Solutions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a leading international law firm.

This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value transactions alongside a highly regarded team with a strong reputation in corporate M&A, private equity, and joint ventures.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters, acting for major corporates, financial institutions, and private equity houses.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents
• Managing transactions from inception to completion with partner supervision
• Liaising with clients and other advisors to deliver efficient, commercial legal solutions
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–4 years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong academic background and experience gained at a reputable national or international firm
• Proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercial mindset with strong client-handling ability and attention to detail
