The Role – Corporate Tax Manager

You’ll join our 35-strong Tax Team, managing both corporate and private clients. The work is diverse and technically challenging, covering compliance and advisory projects such as reorganisations, disposals, and due diligence work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review corporate tax returns, spotting risks and planning opportunities
  • Lead and support advisory projects, including corporate structuring and transactions
  • Provide technical guidance to junior staff and audit teams
  • Build lasting client relationships and identify value-added opportunities
  • Keep up to date with UK and international tax developments

About You

  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate and business taxation
  • Confident communicator with strong client service skills
  • Commercially minded and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with international or property tax issues (desirable)
