The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, working closely with clients, their families, professional support networks and financial advisors to ensure the highest standards of service and legal care. The Candidate

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-4 year of post-qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
• Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous
• Highly Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal matters and manage high-value cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Ability to show business development
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
