We have recently partnered with a number of Secondary Schools in the Camden borough who will be looking to build a pool of experienced Cover Supervisors from September.

About The Role

We are currently working with a number of Secondary Schools in North West London boroughs who are seeking Cover Supervisors/Unqualified Teachers to work on a daily basis.

No teaching qualifications necessary, but experience in a classroom setting is a must. You will:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in accordance with the schools behaviour policy.
Ensure all students are engaged in their learning and complete the assigned work.
Provide feedback to the relevant subject teachers on student performance.
Assist with administrative tasks, exam invigilation, or other support roles as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To Demonstrate

A good standard of education (minimum GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths).
Confidence and presence in the classroom.
Ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Assertiveness in a classroom situation
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

If you already have a DBS on the update service this is ideal however we can issue you an application form if not.
