What you'll be doing:

• Stepping into lessons across a range of subjects (no planning required!)

• Delivering pre-set work and keeping students engaged

• Managing behaviour in a calm, confident way

• Building quick rapport with students while keeping things professional

Experience that works well in this role:

• Teaching Assistant or Learning Mentor experience– already familiar with the school vibe? Even better

• A confident communicator who can lead a room

• Flexible, reliable, and quick on your feet

• Good sense of humour and a calm approach to challenges

• Degree not essential, but it’s a bonus
