A keen interest in AI, automation, and modern production workflows will be important in keeping pace with our evolving studio environment.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week onsite (Chertsey and Central London).
This role is a fixed-term contract for 12-months.

- Work closely with Creative Artworkers, Designers, Account Managers, and Clients to ensure creative output meets expectations
- Contribute to workflow improvements using AI tools and automation software where appropriate
- Maintain clean file structures, version control, and accurate documentation throughout the artwork process

- Excellent technical artwork skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Awareness of data merge techniques for high-volume projects
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
- Ability to understand and apply visual hierarchy, layout principles, and responsive design formats
- Comfortable with conceptual thinking, able to contribute to and build on creative ideas
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning and feedback
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate in hybrid and face-to-face client environments
- Awareness of AI and automation tools that can improve creative workflows
