Job Description

Do you thrive on making agency teams run smoothly, with the right people, processes, and tools in place?

Join Our LEGO Agency (OLA) London as Creative Operations and Resourcing Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind how we plan, resource and deliver creative excellence. From resourcing our cross functional team and managing freelancers to embedding new systems and supporting productions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the improvement and implementation of our end to end capacity and resource planning process, to keep the agency running smoothly.
  • Work closely with all our five People Leaders to support resourcing across creative, design, strategy, account handling and production. Identify resource gaps and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Own and manage weekly resource planning, sharing updates with the OLA London team and LT and ensuring our team feel good about their workload.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across London and the global OLA network, championing communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the rollout and day-to-day integration of Workfront into planning and resourcing, ensuring it supports both global and local needs.
  • Manage agency operations and cadences—creative reviews, annual leave scheduling, contingent worker onboarding and budget tracking.
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support producers during peak times, jumping in to assist on creative productions where needed—whether that’s helping coordinate timelines, admin support, or building LEGO sets!
  • As part of creative ops give admin support to our internal LEGO Advisory Board to set up creative reviews
  • Maintain and grow a trusted network of freelancers and external partners, managing contracts, timelines, and relationships.
  • Contribute to a dynamic, close-knit team culture, bringing energy, perspective, and a collaborative spirit that helps raise the bar for the entire LEGO Agency.
